<h2>Reservations and confirmation</h2><p>A reservation is complete once you receive a confirmation email containing a reservation number. Please check the name, dates and villa type carefully and tell us at once if anything is wrong.</p><h2>Rates</h2><p>All rates are in Thai Baht, per villa per night, and exclude 7% VAT and 10% service charge unless stated otherwise.</p><h2>Changes and cancellation</h2><p>Flexible rates may be cancelled at no cost until seven days before arrival; after that one night is charged. Saver rates are non-refundable and cannot be changed.</p><h2>Arrival and check-in</h2><p>Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 12:00. Guests must present a national ID card or passport on arrival. Occupancy may not exceed the number stated on the reservation.</p><h2>Liability</h2><p>The resort is not responsible for valuables left outside the in-room safe, nor for events beyond its reasonable control.</p><h2>Governing law</h2><p>These terms are governed by Thai law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Court.</p>
