Best time to travel: Leave Bangkok before 07:00 or after 10:00 to avoid the morning build-up on Highway 1.
Cooler months: November to February is dry and cool, and the most requested season. Book villas well ahead.
Driving yourself: Parking is complimentary. The last stretch is a sealed private road, suitable for any car.
Arrival and departure: Check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00. Early arrivals are welcome to use the spa and pool.

Frequently asked questions

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged subject to availability.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Flexible rates can be cancelled free of charge until seven days before arrival. Saver rates are prepaid and non-refundable.

Do you offer transfers from Bangkok?

Private transfers from Bangkok and both airports are available. Please book at least 48 hours in advance.

Are pets allowed?

We are unable to accommodate pets, with the exception of assistance animals.

What are the pool hours?

The main pool is open 07:00 – 20:00 daily. Private villa pools are available at any time.

How long is the drive from Bangkok?

About two and a half hours via Motorway 6. Allow an extra hour on Friday evenings.

Do you offer airport transfers?

Yes. Private transfers are available from Suvarnabhumi, Don Mueang and Pak Chong railway station. Please book at least 48 hours ahead.

Are children welcome?

Yes. Children under 12 stay free using existing bedding. We have two-bedroom family villas and nature activities for younger guests.
